The location was perfect for exploring the main sights. The staff offered exceptional service and made us feel welcomed at every turn. Our room had stunning views of the unique landscape, which added to the luxurious experience.

The bathroom setup lacks privacy between bed and facilities!!! I found the noise from the elevator and ventilation quite disruptive. A tour upon arrival would really help guests feel more oriented!!!

what a letdown. the breakfast was decent but chaotic—try getting a spot early! and can we talk about the size of the deluxe room? felt cramped, despite the spacious bathroom. lastly, a welcome gift woudl ve been nice, considering my expectations. almost left a good review, just couldn’t bring myself to do it.

The cave-inspired design is truly magical, and the location in the heart of the old town makes it easy to explore local attractions. The staff provided excellent tour assistance which really enhanced our experience! We also enjoyed the unique spa treatments (especially the Turkish bath! ).

One minor detail was the breakfast area, which felt a bit chaotic during peak times. a little more organization would improve the experience.

I stayed in a gorgeous suite and really enjoyed the unique cave atmosphere. The wellness center had amazing massages and a soothing steam room that really helped us unwind. Just a heads up, the spa has age restrictions, which meant my younger one was a bit bummed about missing out—still, it was a fantastic trip! 😊
